Software built at the dock, not about it.

EVLC builds and operates its own event-operations software. Every feature exists because a show needed it. The tools are used on our engagements and are available to clients who want the same visibility on their own operation.

Eventra

One record from booking to release.

An exhibitor or carrier requests a window. An operator approves it, assigns a slot and a flow, and sends a pass. The truck checks in at the yard or the door on a tablet station. The dispatch board, the client view and the screens around the venue update from the same record — no re-keying, no spreadsheets.
